Force
By using force, the government of Iran is forcing its people to react against it...
In spite of all the threats, the overwhelming show of force and the nighttime raids on private homes, protesters still flowed into the streets by the thousands on Sunday to demonstrate in support of Mr. Moussavi.
The only solution is to accept it's own people: unless the Iranian government accepts it's own people, the people will be forced to reject it's government...

As a side thought
if the government keeps denying an educated population their say, then they empower the people to have the endurance to make it .
Of course this is why education is often cut by such governments...
