By now I suspect some readers are asking the following questions:
So how does 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0 tie into Taoism, a change of culture and why does it represent a turning point?
The technical details about : 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0 are actually very
unimportant. What is important: is the way people handled the situation and decided to fight against unfair corporate policies.
It's the undercurrent in the change of how people accept what is happening around them. Instead of accepting a draconian policy, people are standing up and saying enough is enough, let people be and share information.
You can see this in several other areas right now. For example: in United States politics: Mike Gravel is standing up to the politics... His stance is very similar...He is showing people how stupid the current politicians are and calling them on bullshit, while laughing at them ;)...
The winds of culture are changing and the breaking waves of backlash are beginning to simmer up and forth.
Now this isn't earth shattering, it represents a change in the social weather. The United States is at a point where two different social weather fronts are colliding and moving about each other. It's going to shove back and forth for a while to come.
So these two events: Mike Gravel spiking the political scene, and 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0 smashing across the technical pages... are merely fore warnings of discontent from people beginning to speak up and out: successfully.
This discontent has been around for a while now, people have been fighting this for years already. No what makes these events important is how the they are displayed to the public and are actually helping to polarize the public into a higher level of action.
So how does this all relate to Taoism?
Simply by the fact the people are accepting that the larger social set up doesn't represent them, and so they are standing up and changing the rules by simply being themselves, and doing what they feel is right, over doing what others tell them to do... It's really that simple. This is a very Taoist stance to take.
It's like the man standing in front of the tank in China in the early 90's. That man accepted his own power to be greater than a tank. He was so fed up he stood up to an entire nation and tank...and won if only for a brief moment as the weather fronts in China shifted about. Yet the storm in China is still brewing. Hence why the Chinese government just began to embrace Taoism again now... to help stem a larger storm about to break inside the country.
(Of course China will attempt to re-brand Taoism as a uniquely Chinese tradition to polarize it's own people along "traditional values"... which will fail since the party doesn't realize... Taoism isn't a human construct to control politically, it's a ever evolving set of practices that comes out of the actions of each person. As a result Taoism is a very modern practice which actually will undercut any political party that tries to control it)Just as the man standing in front of a tank was a defining moment, a point in time when you can see social weather fronts colliding. If you look about right now you will see similar signs of cultural fronts in western culture.
This isn't something that will lead to revolution today or tomorrow. No these are signs pre-dating major change 20 years from now, in other words: warning signs of a pending social revolution \ evolution and how it will be based around freedom of information...
Exciting times actually and it's the first really positive piece of news I have seen for a while in my trend analysis.
Peace
