flights

Jet engines
Push
A steel gray night
Twilight

An illuminated moon
Biting the clouds

The colors do the speaking
Fading sun pushing pink to space
Ice white moon
puncturing
Darkening blue -sea blue- sky
Riding over
Clouds
Tearing the peace of blue

-- Soon to descend --
But for this moment alone
It's the moon's light
That keeps me high above the sky
Tonight

10,000 feet over some corn fields

In traveling from A (Seattle) to B (little Rock)

I have gotten stuck at (C) or cincinnati

But at least in flying today, it was a vista of beauty

Revolutions

Procrastinating is a form of revolution.
To not do
what is in your heart you feel isn't worth doing

When society places unreasonable goals upon us,
Then shrug them off to be reasonable to oneself instead

Listen to the inner fire, feed the fire to burn alive brightly.

Of course how easy is it to follow one’s heart
within cultures defined by the many?
There lies the problem

Hence this is why procrastination
is the number one version of revolution known to man...
